Job Summary
The Executive Director for Early Career Programs at ARU will design and implement an innovative summer internship program targeting rising college seniors, focusing on specialty insurance, with an emphasis on building talent pipelines and enhancing educational partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
- 8 - 12+ years experience in relevant fields
- P&C insurance leadership experience
- Proficiency in thoroughness, accuracy, organization, and resource management
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, JD, or other post-graduate degree
- Experience building early-career, campus, fellowship, or rotational programs
- Excellent instructor presence
- Project/program management excellence
- Demonstrable proficiency using AI tools
- Executive-ready communication skills
