Job Summary
Lead the Company's strategic growth efforts across the Department of War by identifying opportunities, building trusted relationships, and expanding presence with military commands, installations, and defense agencies. Connect expertise in industrial design, interior design, general construction, digital innovation, logistics, FF&E, site management, and sustainment with customers modernizing mission environments, command facilities, workspaces, dining facilities, MWR, and community support facilities. Operate credibly with military, government, and industry stakeholders while collaborating internally with operations, contracts, finance, proposal, project delivery, and executive leadership to convert strategy into qualified pipeline, capture plans, proposals, teaming arrangements, and awarded work. This senior, market-facing leader will drive JANSON's expansion within the defense sector.
