Executive Director - Daycare Center

Define a clear vision for the center while ensuring all quality standards meet state and local regulations. Collaborate with staff to develop educational programs, maintain accurate student records, and build strong parent relationships through regular communication and community outreach. Approve meal plans, oversee office functions including payroll and human resources, and manage budgets to meet financial goals. Establish and maintain a safe, clean facility, develop illness and emergency procedures, and resolve conflicts fairly. Develop and implement strategic plans, pursue professional development, and communicate training needs with the Senior Director. Schedule three annual parent meetings as assigned. Ensure all child records, portfolios, and assessments are completed within required timeframes. Maintain a 7-year background screening requirement.
