Job Summary
Executive Director role leading data governance and AI-for-data product strategies within JPMorganChase. Drives end-to-end product lifecycle, oversees roadmaps, mentors cross-functional teams, analyzes market trends for differentiation, partners with business, technology, and control stakeholders to deploy governance and AI solutions into production, and communicates complex concepts to senior leadership. Requires extensive experience in data governance, enterprise data strategy, and regulated environments with strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering data-enabled products.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities (discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, value management)
- Experience driving change across organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Understanding and hands-on experience building agentic AI systems within regulated or compliance-driven environments
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise-wide data, data governance, or AI strategy for large, complex organizations
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to translate technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business, technologists, and control partners in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver with urgency while maintaining high quality under tight deadlines
- Curious, hardworking, and detail-oriented; motivated by complex analytical problems and continuous learning
