Job Summary
Executive Director for IDEA Public Schools in the Dallas–Fort Worth region leads strategic planning and systems alignment across campuses, oversees financial stewardship and compliance, builds organizational culture and stakeholder engagement, and manages regional leadership teams including VPs and directors. Responsibilities include supervising senior leaders, driving performance through metrics, leading cross-functional collaboration, fostering high-expectation culture, implementing scalable regional systems, and engaging external partners while ensuring program fidelity and district-wide achievement. Travel within the region and to IDEA training events is required; preference given to candidates in the region or willing to relocate. Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years in PK-12 leadership; a Master's in educational leadership/administration is preferred.
