Job Summary
Executive Director leading the customer success function for Data, Analytics, and AI products with a GenAI focus. Responsible for strategic change management, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption, stakeholder engagement, and client value across global, matrixed teams. Leads the development of proactive client engagement frameworks, metrics for client satisfaction and business outcomes, and campaigns in partnership with marketing, sales, and product teams to elevate product awareness and adoption. Builds and leads a high-performing customer success organization, champions the voice of the client in product development, and drives sustained growth through data- and AI-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in customer success, change management, or go-to-market roles within technology, data, or AI-driven organizations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives
- Deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI product landscapes, including generative AI
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset and strong execution capabilities
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations
