Job Summary
Executive Director role leading KinderCare Learning Companies’ Crème de la Crème centers. You will hire, engage, and develop a high-caliber team of educators; partner with parents to ensure exceptional care and education for children; cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners; and apply business, sales, and marketing acumen to grow the center’s presence and enrollment. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, operations oversight, budget accountability, and ensuring program quality in early childhood education across multiple sites. Strong emphasis on customer service, multi-tasking, and compliance with licensing standards to deliver high-quality experiences for children and families.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
- Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
- Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred
- NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to connect with children and their parents
