Job Summary
Executive Director, Consumer Growth & Marketing for Health100 leads end-to-end consumer growth strategy, builds and scales the consumer marketing function, and drives awareness, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention. The role translates product capabilities into compelling consumer value propositions, defines the operating model, builds the team, and executes full-funnel programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle. The position collaborates with Product, Digital, Analytics, and Experience teams, manages outside agency partners, aligns with CVS Health marketing teams, and delivers executive-ready materials and defined success metrics. The role operates as a player-coach to create scalable growth, with leadership responsibilities for strategy development, team design, performance optimization, and cross-functional execution.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, ideally in digital or technology environments
- experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and operating models
- ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling consumer value
- strong analytical mindset with experience driving performance against measurable targets
- experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships
- exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations for executive audiences
- comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments with evolving priorities
- proven ability to operate as a player-coach with a hands-on, resourceful approach
