Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead Community Resources for Independent Living (CRIL) in Hayward, CA, focusing on community advocacy, fundraising, and program oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in nonprofit/public sector leadership
- Lived experience with disability and/or deep understanding of independent living
- Strong fundraising, grant, and financial management experience (budget $1M+)
- Excellent staff development, communication, and advocacy skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) and local knowledge preferred
