Job Summary
Executive Director serves as the CEO of the community, overseeing planning, direction, and implementation of programs and policies; ensures efficient administration and execution of the business plan; leads marketing and public relations to maintain occupancy goals; coordinates care and services for residents; ensures resident satisfaction and achievement of care-plan goals; hires, trains, and schedules staff; maintains compliance with regulatory standards; drives a strong sales culture and indirect recruitment across the community; represents the organization during licensing inspections and ensures appropriate staffing and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ post-secondary education required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role in senior housing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Integrity, maturity and leadership skills
- Understanding of State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations
- Valid driver’s license / ability to drive a company vehicle
