Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for the overall operation of a licensed assisted living community in Willow Grove, PA. Oversees planning, direction and implementation of programs and policies; ensures efficient administration of the business plan; leads marketing and public relations to maintain occupancy; coordinates resident services and care, supervises staff recruitment, training and scheduling; ensures compliance with state regulations and quality standards; drives enrollment and resident satisfaction while upholding core values and community culture.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ post-secondary education required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role in senior housing
