Job Summary
Oversee all community operations as on-site executive, managing budgets, cash flow, and staffing while ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Supervise department directors and staff, maintain training and morale, and lead the development of sales and operations strategies. Act as primary contact for residents, prospects, government agencies, and corporate staff, resolving issues and maintaining property grounds through preventative maintenance inspections. Review hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions to retain quality personnel while fostering strong relationships with providers and family members. Requires Licensed Administrator status, 5+ years in senior living leadership, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and 24/7 on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing (per state requirements) and/or meet all applicable federal and state license requirements.
- At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation is required.
- An understanding and compliance with all federal, state, and local resident rights regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning.
- A high degree of accuracy in all assignments, ability to manage time effectively, and high integrity.
- Capacity to work evenings and/or weekends and be on-call 24/7.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services is preferred, or a combination of education and experience in a supervisory role in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
