Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, overseeing complex project execution by managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks. Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning, dependency synthesis, and executive reporting, validating all outputs against data sensitivity requirements. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define decision-making procedures and drive beneficial outcomes. Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and incorporating best practices, ensuring human review aligns with delivery standards. This role requires 7+ years of technical program management experience in large organizations within NAMR/APAC, LATAM, or Hong Kong, with demonstrated expertise in leading through change and managing dependencies in high-pressure environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations (NAMR/APAC – India/ LATAM/Hong Kong)
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
- Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Executive-level experience managing strategic relationships with cloud providers or other large-scale technology partners
- Experience designing governance forums, executive review mechanisms, and escalation processes for complex enterprise initiatives
- Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable commitments, measurable outcomes, and operating plans
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, including investment planning, value realization, and partnership optimization
- Experience leading through influence in highly matrixed organizations with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups
