Job Summary
Lead portfolio delivery for immunology assets across multiple development stages, prioritizing milestones and aligning resources with strategic objectives. Provide oversight for regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and lifecycle management while optimizing Clinical Science budgets. Champion adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and digital capabilities to enhance study oversight, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making. Lead a high-performing organization through talent development, succession planning, and the creation of an inclusive culture of innovation and accountability. Partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs to execute development strategies and shape organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or healthcare degree (PhD, PharmD)
- At least 10 years of drug development experience
- Experience in immunology development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in drug development with demonstrated success across multiple phases of clinical development
- Deep expertise in Clinical Science, Clinical Development, and execution of global clinical programs
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and late-stage development activities
- Proven leadership experience managing in large, matrixed organizations through multiple levels of management
- Demonstrated success developing talent, building leadership capability, and creating high-performing teams
- Familiarity with, or interest in emerging AI, advanced analytics, and digital capabilities applicable to clinical development
- Experience in immunology development
