Job Summary
Executive Director - Client Solutions & Customer Insights leads the promotion of the Customer Insights subscription software platform within the Commercial Banking Payments team. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting needs assessments, delivering tailored product demonstrations, building relationships with decision-makers (Marketing, Analytics, Real Estate, and C-level executives), managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Analytics teams for onboarding and client satisfaction, staying informed on industry trends and product enhancements, and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience promoting and implementing data analytics-driven software platforms, with a proven ability to drive customer-centric solutions, business growth, and strategic decision-making within the financial services, consumer banking, or payments industry.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, in SaaS, data analytics, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in driving business growth and customer centricity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
