Executive Director, Chase Travel Lodging Area Product Owner

Job Summary
Executive Director leads the Lodging Product team within Chase Travel, owning the delivery of the product roadmap for lodging experiences across web and mobile. Serves as the subject matter expert for the lodging product domain, detailing requirements from internal and partner teams, scoping technical solutions, identifying risks, and communicating goals to stakeholders globally. Applies Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence) to manage and track projects, develops requirements, epics, and user stories for AI & Innovation initiatives, analyzes product metrics to align with time, cost, and quality targets, and conducts user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap. Communicates lodging initiatives’ impact to senior stakeholders, drives senior-level strategy discussions on roadmap evolution, and manages product reviews and leadership sessions. Partners with cross-functional teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, ops, servicing, marketing, etc.) to prioritize and develop product features.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management building large scale enterprise products or systems
- Must have Travel Industry Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience moving technical products from inception to delivery and articulate impact
- Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and operate under pressure
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills across locations
- End-to-end problem-solving skills to drive organizational transformation
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis
- Excellent communication skills with business and technology stakeholders
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to develop requirements, epics, and user stories for product initiatives
