Job Summary
Executive Director provides leadership and direction for overall community operations to ensure delivery of resident-centered services in compliance with all laws and Century Park standards. Leads hospitality-focused service delivery, manages the budget and operating margin, and drives sales/occupancy goals. Oversees staffing, including hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, and staff development; maintains regulatory compliance and represents the community in the surrounding area. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations and is responsible for achieving census goals, financial objectives, and ensuring high-quality resident care and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Must be 21 years of age to oversee assisted living (administrator license requirement)
- Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience in senior services preferred
- Three (3) or more years of successful operational experience in senior housing or hospitality preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of federal and state industry regulations
