Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations including service delivery, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, staffing, and sales to maintain full occupancy. Provide overall leadership to ensure quality care and enrich the lives of elderly residents while building relationships with families, community networks, and staff. Ensure the community operates in accordance with Calyx's policies, values, and all governmental regulations. Support all human resource functions including hiring, retention, staffing, and oversight of the department head team. Inspire staff to internalize the mission and prioritize the best interests of residents. Requires North Carolina assisted living administrator certification or ability to acquire within six months, three years of executive management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
- North Carolina assisted living administrator certification or the ability to acquire within 6 months of hire
- 3 years of executive management experience in senior living, health care, or the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic computer skills including comfort with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with directing and supervising a team - Including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- A passion for working with seniors
