Job Summary
Define and execute the regional business development strategy for Astore across 10 mature European markets and emerging growth zones, driving revenue, spend, and profitability growth while managing a portfolio exceeding 2,000 hotels and €900M+ in annual purchasing volume. Lead and develop a multicultural team of 10 Business Development experts, coaching members to maximize engagement and performance through effective management, regular business reviews, and the adoption of digital tools and CRM discipline. Build strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, and key decision-makers while influencing senior internal stakeholders across Operations, Development, Finance, and Procurement teams to align customer expectations with cross-functional initiatives. Represent Astore at executive-level meetings and lead complex negotiations to accelerate customer adoption and recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality, procurement, sales, business development or related industries
- Proven experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong P&L management and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Fluent in English
