Job Summary
Executive Director of THE SEASIDE SCHOOL, serving as the chief executive officer for a two-campus public charter school (~600 students in grades 5–12). Responsibilities include providing strategic and operational leadership across academic, financial, and legal performance; setting and executing the school’s strategic direction; ensuring compliance with Florida statutes and the charter contract; fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture among ~55 faculty and staff; strengthening partnerships with Northwest Florida State College and the Walton County School District; expanding access and opportunities for students; and leading priorities in sustainable growth, governance, academic excellence, student experience, and educator development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in executive school leadership (Principal, Head of School, Executive Director)
- Charter school leadership experience preferred
- Enrollment strategy and retention experience preferred
- Ability to align with mission and strategic leadership of a dual-campus public charter school
