Job Summary

Executive Director role overseeing day-to-day operations of a senior housing community with full P&L responsibility, leading development and implementation of operational strategies, recruiting and training department heads, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance (EOEA, DOH, Fair Housing), managing budgets and occupancy targets, and coordinating marketing and leasing to increase census; requires a Bachelor’s degree and five-to-seven years in related facilities management with proven leadership and financial goals achievement.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related subject is required.
  • A minimum of five to seven years related business experience in Skilled Nursing, assisted living, or retirement living facility/community management.
  • Three – five years experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial goals specific to retirement living, assisted living, long term care or related fields such as hospitality.
  • Licensed as an administrator for assisted living in states requiring such a license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
