Job Summary
Provide strong, visible leadership to team members, residents, and families while ensuring compliance with all state regulations for assisted living and memory care. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, admissions, care services, and resident satisfaction to maintain a warm, supportive, and person-centered environment. Develop and mentor team members, partner with owners to align goals and drive growth, and build relationships within the local community to lead census development efforts. Handle family communication, resident transitions, and care planning with empathy and professionalism while upholding safety and hospitality expectations. Manage a privately owned memory care community in Stockbridge, Georgia, requiring experience with state licensing and dementia care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing an assisted living or memory care community
- Strong understanding of state licensing expectations for Georgia assisted living
- Proven leadership and management experience with staff oversight
- Compassionate, resident-first mindset and ability to support families during emotional transitions
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and people-management skills
