Executive Director

Direct overall community operations in accordance with resident needs, state regulations, and corporate policy. Lead managers and staff to foster cooperation, accountability, and growth while ensuring fair treatment and training. Collaborate with the Health Services Director to maintain high-quality resident care and regularly interface with resident families to resolve issues. Manage financial performance and occupancy goals, coordinate lease-up efforts with marketing, and maintain compliance with the Arizona Department of Health. Report to corporate office regarding property developments and financial results. Requires Arizona licensed administrator status, Bachelor's degree, and minimum two years of memory care leadership experience.
