Job Summary
Manage overall community operations in accordance with federal, state, local, and FSCSC standards while ensuring sound financial positioning and high-quality care delivery. Oversee policy development, resource allocation through annual budgeting, and public relations programs to meet local needs. Establish partnerships with medical professionals and third-party payers, represent the community with governmental agencies, and maintain clean, safe facilities with necessary equipment. Delegate authority to department heads, address operational problems with supervisors, and ensure equitable treatment of residents and associates. Submit required financial records and cost reports to authorized agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- State Administrator license/certification if applicable
- 3+ years of experience in long-term care
