Job Summary

Executive Director leads strategic partnerships for AAM's alternatives platform, driving growth with large national accounts, wirehouse and broker-dealer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Investment teams. Responsible for identifying opportunities to secure product approvals across platforms, expanding the distribution footprint, developing business plans and insights to inform leadership, and delivering market intelligence to shape strategy in private markets and alternative investments. Requires demonstrated success in managing large strategic partners, securing product approvals, deep knowledge of private markets, strong executive communication and presentation skills, and an enterprise mindset with ownership and accountability. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Certifications: Series 7 and 63; typically 5+ years in sales, national accounts, or strategic partnerships within asset management or alternatives.
