Executive Director AgeCare West Williams

Executive Director responsible for the overall operation of a Long-Term Care residence, including resident care, programs, environmental coordination, and fiscal performance. Promotes Resident Centered Care, maintains a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors, and develops admissions/discharges processes. Requires post-secondary diploma in health or social services (minimum 2 years) and completion or enrollment in LTC Residence Administration/Management program (minimum 100 hours). At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in health or social services, with relevant program instruction completed.
