Job Summary
Executive Director, Affiliates Program Strategy at Chase Travel leads the strategic direction, operational oversight, and financial performance of a nationwide independent affiliate network of travel agencies. Responsibilities include negotiating affiliate agreements and revenue structures, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, monitoring profitability and performance metrics (GTV and commissions), ensuring compliance, and driving affiliate growth through high-impact partnerships. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, commercial acumen, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Supplier Relations, and Compliance to optimize the program and protect margin integrity while advancing airline agreements, NDC initiatives, and ARC-related structures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in travel industry management, affiliate program leadership, or related commercial roles
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management, revenue splits, and partnership agreements
- Exceptional relationship management abilities with executive-level partnerships
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate and resolve complex operational issues, escalate risks, and propose effective structural solutions
