Job Summary
Executive Director of Access Support Network responsible for strategic leadership, partnership with the Board, annual goal and budget setting, program oversight, and fundraising. Leads organizational sustainability, promotes innovation and best practices, and serves as a leader for affordable accessible health care. Requires weekly travel between sites and in-office presence; role focuses on mission impact, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience
- bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
- experience in nonprofit or health organizations preferred
- proven leadership, effective written and oral communication, strategic planning, relationship building, and financial acumen
