Job Summary
Digital Transformation & Sustainability Executive supports digitalization and sustainability initiatives across the department. Responsibilities include managing digital systems (CMMS, digital forms, reporting tools), analyzing system-generated data for continuous improvement, supporting project management and post-implementation support, developing SOPs and training materials, onboarding internal teams, and coordinating with Sustainability Consultants to achieve Green Mark certification. Additional duties include developing digital reporting for sustainability metrics (utilities, recycling, environmental impact), supporting sustainability roadmaps aligned with targets, contributing to capability statements and case studies, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Required skills include proficiency with data analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), familiarity with IoT and building management systems, knowledge of Green Mark processes, strong analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a collaborative project-management approach. Location is on-site in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, digital transformation, or data analytics within the built environment or facilities management industry
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent dashboards)
- Familiarity with Smart Facilities management, IoT applications, building management systems, and digital platforms
- Knowledge of Green Mark requirements and certification processes is an added advantage
- Soft skills: analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, communication, proactive and collaborative project management
