Job Summary
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising. Plan and create engaging content for websites, blogs, and newsletters while conducting keyword research to optimize organic search rankings. Manage paid advertising campaigns by selecting keywords, creating ad copy, and tracking performance metrics like conversion rates and ROI. Implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and collaborate with internal teams and agencies on design and development. Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative tactics and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and website optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing campaigns and solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
