Job Summary
Digital Investment Executive at WPP Media Vietnam responsible for end-to-end contracting with digital vendors, ensuring compliance, reconciling media booking data with invoices, maintaining a central repository of agreements, managing operational processes, generating regular reports on investment spend and compliance, and coordinating with Finance, Client, and Vendor teams. Preferred experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and a foundational understanding of digital media principles. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and strong English and Vietnamese communication are required; role is performed in a hybrid setup with in-office presence in Ho Chi Minh City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an operational, financial, or administrative role, preferably within a media agency or digital advertising
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Proactive and logical problem-solving approach
