Job Summary
Design in-store POSM including posters, wobblers, danglers, leaflets, catalogues, banners, and signage. Develop digital assets for social media, website, app, emailers, and online promotions. Support campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches with strong visual concepts while keeping every design aligned to brand guidelines. Handle trilingual layouts in Sinhala, Tamil, and English accurately. Ensure artwork accuracy regarding pricing, promotional messages, legal disclaimers, and grammar. Coordinate with external printers and vendors for accurate, on-time production while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 1–3 years in graphic design
- retail, FMCG or agency experience
- A strong portfolio showing creative and commercial work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Understanding of print production and digital formats
- Strong eye for detail

Desired Qualifications
- Basic motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
