Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex transport infrastructure projects across design, approvals, and construction interfaces for major roads, bridges, and aviation programs. Provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, cost, programme, quality, and safety outcomes. Build trusted relationships with senior client representatives, contractors, and regulators to navigate high-stakeholder complexity and significant risk profiles. Establish robust project governance and commercial management processes from inception through completion, and mentor senior project managers to strengthen team capability. Contribute to work-winning activities by shaping pursuit strategies and delivery models for future major projects.
Required Qualifications
- Senior infrastructure professional
- At least 15 years of experience delivering major road, bridge, or aviation projects in Australia
- Experience in consultancy, contractor, or client-side environments
- Significant experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex interfaces across design and construction
- Sound commercial judgement
- Experience managing large project budgets
- Experience managing programme risk
- Experience managing contractual arrangements
- Leadership style: calm under pressure

- Leadership style: collaborative by default
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management
