Job Summary
Prepare weekly and monthly demand forecasts by maintaining customer-level and material-level sales data and incorporating input from the sales team. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams to gather demand information, analyze forecast performance, and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly demand reports, upload approved forecasts into planning systems, and monitor slow-moving inventory for appropriate action. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for review meetings while ensuring data accuracy. This Junior/ Executive Demand Planning Analyst role supports efficient supply chain operations within Indovinya, a global leader in specialty chemicals and surfactants serving markets including Personal Care, Crop Solutions, and Energy & Resources.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Basic understanding of demand forecasting and inventory management concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and eager to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage
- Manufacturing, or oil & gas industry is a plus
