Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to deliver high-quality insights to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to produce monthly KPI, performance, and trend reports tailored for executive audiences. Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, coordinate inputs for board packs, and ensure all materials meet governance and confidentiality standards. Support quarterly planning cycles through data analysis, forecasts, and performance reporting while continuously improving reporting frameworks based on business needs. This remote role requires a college degree in a quantitative discipline and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline
- Proven experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or reporting-focused role
- Demonstrated experience producing executive-level dashboards, KPI reports, and insights
- Experience working with senior leadership or Board-level stakeholders, with an understanding of executive reporting expectations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (dashboard design, visuals, data modelling and processing)
- Strong Presentation skills – specifically PowerPoint
- Ability to understand business context and apply data to explain it
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical, senior audiences
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet executive deadlines
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate reporting needs
