Job Summary

Executive Customer Service role focused on maintaining customer focus and promptly responding to customers’ inquiries, orders, and complaints via email, phone, and fax. Responsibilities include working within agreed service levels, taking ownership of queries and following through to resolution, escalating issues to the Team Leader when appropriate, effectively using automated information systems, maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers, and ensuring 98% accuracy in quality and productivity. Additional duties include assisting in gathering business requirements and analysis for Continuous Improvement, documenting requirements and process maps, updating clients on order status, handling MIS and reports, managing complaints/escalations, meeting client requirements on time to win goodwill, and collaborating as part of a team. Required skills include strong customer service orientation, excellent communication (telephone/written/verbal), teamwork, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn technical aspects of the Retail Information Service Industry; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a typing speed of 30-35 words per minute. Preference for prior customer service experience.
