Job Summary
Evaluate credit proposals and ensure alignment with company credit policies. Monitor branch operations and provide support within the assigned Southern region. Conduct field visits and portfolio reviews to maintain portfolio quality, while approving credit facilities within delegated authority limits. Coordinate with branches to ensure proper documentation and process compliance, and minimize non-performing facilities through proactive monitoring and intervention. This role requires a dynamic individual with good analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel within the region. Applicants must be under 30 with a GCE A/L record and at least three years of credit operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Age below 30 years
- An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L
- Minimum 3 years' experience in credit operations, credit evaluation, or branch operations
- Sound knowledge of leasing, hire purchase, and personal loan products, as well as credit procedures
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- A degree/part or full qualification in Credit Management, Banking, Finance, or related fields
- Proficiency in Tamil
