Executive Creative Director

Lead the overall creative vision for Secret Level's original and branded work, guiding projects from concept to execution with world-class results. Direct and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams including writers, artists, designers, and creative directors while collaborating with production, strategy, and leadership to shape project pipelines. Represent the studio with clients, collaborators, and at industry events, contributing to hiring, team development, and evolving the creative culture. Advocate for innovation in creative workflows, including AI when relevant. This senior leadership role requires a bold creative vision and a track record of iconic work to help run the day-to-day creative direction of the studio.
