Job Summary
Executive Director leads the wholesale credit risk executive-content program, owning the end-to-end pipeline of content for Board meetings and Risk Committees, including agenda setting, production, and the translation of wholesale credit data into concise executive narratives and infographics. Responsible for designing and delivering executive content for governance bodies and offsites, driving program management across multiple deliverables, and coaching a team to craft strong executive-level presentations. Partners with a diverse network of stakeholders across the credit risk organization and demonstrates sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence outcomes. The role requires deep financial services expertise in credit risk management, a proven track record in executive reporting/governance, and exceptional communication skills to inform decision-making at senior levels.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics in large financial institutions/consulting
- 5+ years leading executive reporting/governance for senior forums
- Deep Financial Services expertise in Credit Risk Management, Wholesale Banking products, Strategy or product/process transformation
- Executive-level communicator and influencer (negotiation, presentation, analytical problem solving)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Pitch Pro)
