Job Summary
Executive Content Planning role focuses on developing insight-driven content strategies that align brand objectives with audience behavior across platforms. The Content Planner defines content roles across Social, Video, KOL, and Digital Ecosystem; translates media plans into clear content direction and messaging frameworks; supports always-on content and major campaigns; develops content briefs and storytelling angles; ensures cross-channel consistency and timely delivery; performs data-led optimization of content performance; integrates KOL content with paid media and organic/social efforts; collaborates with media, creative, and performance teams; prepares strategy decks and presents direction to clients; supports ongoing performance reviews and recommendations; requires the ability to translate business objectives into engaging content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms; strong storytelling and briefing skills; structured thinking, multiple priorities management, and proficiency with PowerPoint and spreadsheet tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content planning, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience working with content, KOLs, or campaign-based projects
- Understanding of digital platforms and content formats
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
