Job Summary
Executive Content & Engagement Manager who will lead content and social media strategy across LinkedIn and podcast channels. Responsibilities include drafting, scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, identifying growth opportunities, repurposing long-form content into social posts and clips, coordinating podcast scheduling and recording logistics, supporting episode planning, ensuring timely publishing and promotion, maintaining content calendars, and partnering with executive leadership to translate ideas into clear, compelling content. Also responsible for analytics and optimization, providing insights to improve engagement and reach, and refining the content strategy based on performance and audience feedback. Desired capabilities include strong writing/editing skills for professional audiences, experience supporting executive/personal brands, strong organizational skills, familiarity with podcast production workflows, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing roles
- Strong writing and editing skills for LinkedIn/professional audiences
- Experience supporting executive or personal brands preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows is a plus
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
