Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily operations of the Consumer Packing Plant, including Margarine, Shortening, and Packing Lines 1–6, to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. Plan and monitor daily schedules to meet delivery commitments while optimizing yield, OEE, and minimizing downtime. Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and QA/QC to manage manpower, shift arrangements, and equipment reliability. Investigate process deviations, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and ISO standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies. Support internal and external audits, manage production reporting, and coach shift leaders and operators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, refinery operations, edible oils, food manufacturing, consumer packing, or FMCG manufacturing
- Demonstrated commitment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
