Job Summary
Advise public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity and equity-based plans, bonus plans, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, and other executive compensation matters. Collaborate with corporate, bankruptcy, employment law, and tax teams on these engagements. Provide additional support on tax qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefits where experience exists. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar and possess at least three years of big law experience in these practice areas. Salary range is $260,000-435,000.
