Job Summary
Design and implement Total Rewards strategies for executive compensation programs across multiple business functions and geographic regions. Consult with business leaders to develop incentive and long-term reward solutions, while managing consultants, vendors, and third parties in a matrixed organization. Analyze internal and external data to model changes to base salary, short-term incentives, and retirement programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to administer annual incentive and benefits programs, including executive pay benchmarking and proxy disclosure coordination. Maintain governance, controls, and confidentiality for executive compensation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- First-level university degree
- 6+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
- Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems
- In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to executive compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from an HPE office)
