Job Summary
This role leads executive communications for TPG and partners directly with the CTO and senior leadership. The position involves crafting communications for the Board and executive reviews, translating technical inputs into clear narratives. Responsibilities include directing messaging for operating plans, serving as a strategic communications advisor, and delivering thought-leadership content for keynotes and industry events. Candidates should have experience in executive communications, capable writing skills, and strong judgment in managing sensitive communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in executive, strategic, or internal communications within large, global organizations
- Proven experience advising senior executives and crafting high‐stakes messaging
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate sophisticated or technical topics for broad audiences
- Proven judgment handling sensitive, confidential, or high‐risk communications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology, engineering, R&D, or manufacturing‐driven organizations
- Track record leading communications for enterprise‐level initiatives such as transformations, reorganizations, or major strategic programs
- Experience developing executive content for Boards of Directors and C‐suite audiences
- Background building thought‐leadership platforms and executive transparency at global industry events
