Job Summary
Develop compelling presentation stories and visuals for management teams by designing PowerPoint and Keynote materials based on deep audience insights. Create visually comprehensible decks with logical structures to effectively communicate complex information to executives, C-level leaders, and international business partners. Manage consultation schedules and deadlines to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables for conferences, policy proposals, and strategic meetings. Communicate smoothly with stakeholders while incorporating feedback to refine presentation directions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in creating business presentation materials for senior management
- Strong sense of layout and design, and attention to detail
- MS Office application skills, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Business level Japanese
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to express ideas graphically and communicate complex concepts effectively
- Basic knowledge and skills in project planning, execution, and management
- Business level English language skills
