Executive, Commerce (Affiliate)

Executive, Commerce (Affiliate) responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day affiliate marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, tracked accurately, and effectively supported through strong partner coordination and operational discipline. Responsibilities include campaign setup with tracking links and vouchers, partner onboarding, campaign readiness checks, monitoring delivery and performance for tracking, link functionality, and compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining documentation and partner records, following up with partners to ensure participation and timely delivery, tracking partner contribution and affiliate pipeline, preparing regular performance and operational reports with insights and recommended actions, and supporting administrative processes including billing coordination, payment follow-up, and reconciliation. Skills & Experience include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, 1–3 years of affiliate marketing or related experience, hands-on campaign setup and coordination, familiarity with tracking processes and reporting tools, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
