Job Summary
Executive Club Lounge Host at Radisson Salt Lake City Downtown: greet executive lounge guests, answer inquiries, advise on hotel amenities, oversee lounge operations, replenish supplies, manage check-ins and check-outs, maintain cleanliness and stock in work areas, stay informed on hotel services and VIP requests, coordinate with other departments for events and guest needs, and deliver 100% guest satisfaction with genuine hospitality and teamwork. Requires 1-2 years of F&B experience, strong communication, conflict-resolution, teamwork, knowledge of liquor laws, multitasking under pressure, and flexibility for long hours; basic Microsoft Office skills; ability to lift and move items as needed; and adherence to safety and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one - two years food and beverage experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Able to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisor, and employees
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws and regulations
- Guest-friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Long hours may be required with flexible schedule
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and push or pull room service carts up to 75 pounds
- Good manual dexterity for use of common office equipment
