Executive Club Lounge Attendant

PM Executive Club Lounge Attendant responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests in the Executive Club Lounge from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, setting up breakfast/evening reception items, maintaining lounge cleanliness and dining areas, preparing drinks when applicable, acting as cashier for servers when necessary (PM Only), providing opening/closing inventory of spirits (PM Only), ensuring proper service standards, answering guest inquiries with accurate information, and maintaining brand standards for appearance and grooming. Requires waiting on guests in a hospitality environment, maintaining availability as per scheduling, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Emphasis on friendly, service-oriented interactions and adherence to safety and service guidelines.
