Job Summary
Executive Chinese Chef responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Chinese cuisine in the Kitchen and for Chinese foods served at Banquet functions. Oversees the Chinese Kitchen and supervises Sous Chefs and staff, coordinates detailed duties for banquet/food production, ensures correct set-ups, timing, and service quality, monitors taste and temperature, collaborates with receiving/storeroom to ensure quality and freshness, oversees food tasting sessions, guides new menu implementation, and validates kitchen operations prior to service.
